Get in Shape for Women is a women's fitness studio that features certified personal trainers dedicated to helping individuals reach their fitness goals. The trainers focus on strength training, cardio, nutrition training, and, of course personal accountability to help members reach their goals. All sessions consist of no more than four women to a trainer. In addition, each session is 30 minutes of weight training and 25 minutes of cardio and nutrition coaching.
