St. Michaels Health Clinic specializes in occupational and family health with an emphases on DOT, Non-DOT, and Department of Defense Contractor Physical Exams. We treat all age groups and most medical diseases (ie., diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, etc.,) and urgent-care needs (ie., sore throat, ear aches, upper respiratory, suturing etc.,). Insurance accepted included Medicaid (Aetna, Passport, Anthem, Humana, Wellcare, and CareSource), Medicare, Tricare, Cigna, Anthem BCBC, Aetna, United Healthcare and many more. Call to see if we accept yours. We do offer cash prices that are do the time of service. Sorry we do not have payment plans. We ARE NOT A WALK-IN Clinic. Appointments only. St. Michael’s is a family health provider conveniently located off Exit 89 in Oak Grove, KY directly across from the Pilot and behind the EMS building. This provides care to our truckers and our military close to home. We cannot always accommodate walk-ins so it is best that you please call ahead and make an appointment. Our office hours are 08:30 to 1600 (LUNCH 1200-1300) Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. St. Michael’s takes pride in performing DOT, Non-DOT, and Department of Defense contractor physical examinations for the purpose of promoting health maintenance, education, and wellness. In addition to physical exams, 5 and 11-panel urine drug screens are available for DOT, Non-DOT, post accident, and/or pre-employment clients. St. Michaels can contract with your company to pull random quarterly drug screens as well. We cater most companies who request our services and will offer lower prices in return. Remember: DOT exams can be done in any state other than the residing state. California, however, has its own requirements. If you have been diagnosed with sleep apnea, please have your SEMs card read before your appointment to verify compliance as required per DOT guidelines.
