Ridgewood European Day Spa is a head to toe treatment facility that focuses on skin—only Dermalogica products are used—and provides anything from eyelash and eyebrow tinting to peels and body treatments. The one thing they don't do is hair. Facials and Swedish body massages however are favorites among those who have tried them.
Opened in November, this spa provides wellness services that are both organic and eco-friendly. The Franklin Avenue establishment is open seven days a week and offers sessions that last for a minimum of 60 minutes. Additionally, the spa has several different certified massage therapists who offer their own specialties. Namaste Organic Spa also sells a variety of natural beauty products.
Karma Organic Spa offers manicures, pedicures, massages, facials and threading, and waxing services.
Few can claim to be as green as Karma, where the goal is for every inch of the salon, from flooring to the ceiling, corn and soy-based polish, equipment, and cleaning detergents to be eco-friendly, be they 100% biodegradable or use green-based chemical substitutions.
