This is the history resource center for the Concord Historical Society. The center regularly interviews local residents and transcribes and files them at the resource center. These tapes are available to the public for $10. Other projects include the official designation of heritage trees (a tree that measures at least 72 inches in circumference) and recognizing historical landmarks in the city of Concord. The center also maintains several unique photo collections of airfields, railroads and historical events.

The Moraga History Center is located around the building from the Moraga Library and is a repository for local community and geneology documents. Volunteers save newspaper clippings, among others, to keep track of birth, obituaries, school graduations, and other local happenings to add to the collection. Historic scenes notepads and a Moraga shawl blanket are available for purchase to help support the center.
