Older adults that wish to remain in their homes should feel comfortable, independent, safe and happy by having very high quality consistent and reliable care. Individualized Services. We offer services that we always tailor to our clients’ specific needs. You will never pay for, or get a service that you do not want. After deciding which service(s) you need and want, please go to the Request for Information page to send us your choices, and we will send you a formal proposal for your review. If this proposal is acceptable to you, we will meet with you in person and introduce you to your caregiver(s) which will have been selected to be an excellent match to your needs, before your care begins. We systematically develop a Plan of Care for you or your loved ones to tailor our services to your preferences, needs, schedule, lifestyle, pastimes, while considering important factors such as physical abilities, mental state, and other requirements. We hire only the best home health aides, caregivers, nursing assistants, social workers, and homemakers to provide you with peace of mind, extraordinary quality of care, reliability, and compassion. Unlike most other homecare companies, our staff consists solely of employees that work exclusively for Arizona Care Services. In addition, we e-Verify each employee and we carry out reference and background checks. Uniquely, all of our caregivers are provided with medical grade equipment to monitor your vital signs such as weight, blood pressure, pulse oximetry, temperature, and blood sugar. Our services can be short-term, for example after having been discharged from a hospital, or long-term to get assistance with everything from companionship to assistance with Activity of Daily Living (ADLs). Insurance and Medicaid accepted! Office open Monday Through Friday 7am to 6pm, but after hours emergency calls accepted and care is provided 24 hours, 7 days a week.
