At the small sushi bar in the middle of the dining area, chefs prepare specialties such as the Pink Lady Roll (white tuna, crab and onion wrapped in soy paper) and the Lovely Crab Roll (snow crab, eel, banana tempura and avocado). In addition to sushi, Kumo offers tempura, udon and other dishes.
