Established in 1970, Germanna Community College is a publicly owned institute of higher education that provides two-year programs in various subjects. The college serves the residents of Caroline, Culpeper, King George, Madison, Orange, Spotsylvania and Stafford counties in Virginia. Job Corps is the nations largest career technical training and education program for young people 16 through 24 years of age. A voluntary program administered by the U.S. Department of Labor, Job Corps provides eligible young men and women with an opportunity to gain the experience they need to begin a career or advance to higher education. Job Corps has no cost to its students or their families. This office serves as the admissions and outreach office for all Job Corps programs in the Philadelphia Region (DE, MD, PA, VA, West VA and DC).
