The Reading Clinic is a tutoring center located in the Quito Village center, close to the corner of Saratoga Street and Cox Avenue. It has been providing one-on-one instruction in reading, spelling, writing, language comprehension and math since 1997. It works with students to increase their academic skills and strengthen their confidence.
A community arts center, Expression Gallery shows a rotating list of local artists, has a schedule of engaging classes and hosts a variety of arts-centered events. Enrolling children in preschool through eighth grade, this school's students are expected to perform about 75 to 80 percent of schoolwork in French. The focus is to teach children leadership skills while giving them the advantages of both the French and American systems and an added bilingual edge. A child's parents need not speak French to enroll their child here, but studies are rigorous and primarily in the French language.
