The Loyal Order of Moose Lodge is a nationwide fraternal organization of over 2 million American citizens. This organization was started in the 1800s with a goal of offering men an opportunity to gather socially. It was reinvented during the first decade of the 20th century into an organizational dynamo of men and women who set out to build a organization that brightens the futures for everyone.
Founded in the late 1800s by Dr. John Henry Wilson, Loyal Order of Moose is an international organization of men and women whose mission is to care for the young and old, and grow close ties among its respective communities. The Loyal Order of Moose in Napa, Lodge 516, provides members with RV site services and community meetings. Famous Moose members include Larry Bird, Charles Chaplin, Henry Ford, Rocky Marciano and Jimmy Stewart.
