At Life Ki-do Martial Arts Austin, we strengthen our students inside and out. Through our Tools for Life social emotional learning system, our students develop focus & mindfulness, confidence, resilience, and social intelligence (empathy, compassion and kindness). Through our unique blend of martial arts, our students also develop a strong, safe body while learning how to breathe, relax and flow on and off the mats. Our Austin location offers martial arts classes for ages 3-adult blending Systema Russian Martial Arts with Karate, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Tai Chi, and Qigong.
