DIT-MCO International designs, manufactures and product tests solutions for wired assemblies (cable and harness) that provide service to industrial, commercial and military customers. The company s wiring analyzers verify continuity, insulation/resistance and perform functional testing of relay chassis, control panels and other assemblies. DIT-MCO began its evolution more than 55 years ago after founder George P. Heller, a drive-in movie theater developer, and Warren Hannon, an engineer in charge of overseeing electrical cable testing at the North American Aviation plant, revolutionized the idea of an universal automatic analyzer. At the time, there was no standardized tester. By 1954, Goodyear purchased the company s first Universal Circuit Analyzer, and Boeing purchased one for work on the B-47. The space age has used the company s equipment to manufacture of the Dyna-Soar, Project Mercury, Project Gemini, the Apollo Saturn V Program and NASA s Space Shuttle vehicles. DIT-MCO is headquartered in Kansas City, Mo.
