Kayem, founded in 1909, manufactures and distributes products for the deli. Its product line includes hot dogs, traditional Italian sausages, deli meats, and fresh gourmet chicken sausage. Some of its well known brands include: Kayem Old Tyme Hot Dogs, Genoa Sausage, Triple M Spiral Hams and al fresco all natural Chicken Sausage. Kayem operates plants in Chelsea and Woburn, Mass., with cutting edge technology and stringent USDA & ISO 9000 quality standards but still retaining the "Old World" philosophy and vision.
