Founded in 1982, the Caribbean Women's Health Association is an advocacy group and service provider for women throughout the community. The group evaluates and implements programs throughout the community. This includes Medicare, HIV/AIDS, teen and domestic abuse programs.
Allergy and Asthma Care of Brooklyn is the office of Dr. Cascya Charlot. It assists patients both young and old who are displaying signs of food, medicine, latex, insect or animal allergies. It can also diagnose and treat hay fever, sinusitis, hives, eczema and asthma. The office can be found right outside of Grand Army Plaza and is accessible via the 2 and 3 trains, as well as the 7th Avenue stop on the B and Q.
