TMM Family Services, formerly Tucson Metropolitan Ministry, is a faith-based and nonprofit social advocacy organization. It offers childcare, home buying assistance, job opportunity transitional housing and clothes recycling services. TMM is supported by more than 1,300 individual donors, 70 supporting religious congregations, hundreds of volunteers and less than 75 employees. Congregations and individuals donate approximately $250,000 each year to benefit the thousands of children and families served annually. These contributions account for a large portion of the agencys approximate $3,000,000 annual operating budget. The balance of agency funding comes from government contracts for services, client fees, corporate grants, foundations, earned income and rent. TMM Family Services is located in Tucson, Ariz.
