Pilgrim Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center is a 152-bed facility situated near Route 128, the Northshore Mall, and the Salem Country Club. It provides personalized rehabilitation, nursing and long-term care. It is right across the street from the Salem Country Club in Peabody. It is affiliated with Berkshire Healthcare, one of the largest nonprofit, long-term care providers in Massachusetts.
The Peabody Historical Society and Museum consists of several properties and collections that help residents and visitors alike trace Peabody's rich cultural past over a 300-year period. Guided tours are provided for several of the group's historic properties, which include the home of Revolutionary War soldier Gen. Gideon Foster on Washington Street and the Felton-Smith historic site. The group also operates the Cassidy Museum that contains many paintings, furniture, and other historic items.
This school, which has operated for four decades, is open to children aged 2.9 to 6 years of all races and religions. The program is broadly focused on cultivating age-appropriate skills, both personal, cognitive and developmental, as well as social. The school calendar covers 10 months of the year.
