Liberty Cast Products utilizes two different types of air set sand molding systems depending on casting size, geometry, and volume required. Both air set molding systems provide excellent mold consistency and dimensional uniformity that is repeatable over and over. We also have a Petrobond ( similar to Green Sand ) molding system in place that allows for efficient and versitile molding of unique items.
