The Daisy Recreation Center is located in Bicentennial Park on Hardenburg Lane. The building  is used chiefly for Daisy Recreation programs. The Daisy program is for children and young people who receive special education services. Activities include sports, arts and crafts, karate, yoga, tennis, bicycling, music and more. Trips are also sponsored. The building is used for other township recreational activities as well.

The Crystal Springs Family Aquatic Center is part of the Community Park and is the first municipal water park in New Jersey.

The Crystal Springs Family Aquatic Center has a recreational pool, lap pool, splash pool, kiddie pool, activity pool, lazy river and water slides.

It  has a concession stand and grills are available in the picnic groves for your family or group picnics.

The East Brunswick Baseball Managers Complex is located on Dunhams Corner Road across from Crystal Springs. The 10-acre facility has four fields, two of them are lighted. Of course, there is a concession stand and bathrooms. The facility is used by various community groups including the East Brunswick Baseball League. The Managers Hall can be rented out for different occasions.

Butterfly Park in East Brunswick was conceived by the East Brunswick Environmental Commission. It was developed primarily through volunteer efforts and donations with help from the Department of Parks and Recreation and the Planning Department. The park is adjacent t0 Great Oak Park. The park has hiking and walking trails, benches, bird feeders and is used by various community groups for nature and environmental projects. During the spring and summer, butterflies and moths make it their home due to the plants growing there.

The East Brunswick Recreation Department offers a variety of programs including aerobics, crafts and cooking as well as several summer camps, including full day, half day and theater camp. It also has programs for the challenged population, bus trips, concerts under the stars, family excursions, teen programs and more.

A complete list describing the Division's programs and events can be found in the Recreation, Parks & Community Services Magazine that is mailed to all residents twice a year in mid-February and mid-August and is available at the Library. The division also provides some food and care for the sick, elderly and needy through the Holiday Food and Gift Basket Program administered during the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holiday season.

The East Brunswick Parks Department manages nearly 1,000 acres of parkland and open spaces, including 11 developed and three undeveloped parks with facilities for tennis, basketball, handball, soccer and baseball. Playgrounds, nature trails and lakes and rivers for fishing and boating are also available. A Nature Center in Community Park holds many educational programs. The department also manages the Shade Tree Program, which cares for more than 30,000 street-side trees. East Brunswick picnic facilities and ball fields are available by reservation. While many fields are used for league play, permits are issued at other times. Picnic permits also are available to groups up to 40 people. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited. All picnic facilities include tables and grills.
