Community Animal Hospital Community Animal Hospital now offers a Board Certified Surgeon effective July 9, 2018. Please give a warm welcome to Dr. Lynda Bernsteen. Dr. Lynda graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine in 1993. After completing two internships and working at a private practice in southern California, she was accepted into the surgical residency program at the University of California-Davis and became a board surgeon in 2001.
