St. Catherine of Siena Church started when residents from the Nichols section of town wanted to establish their own church. In 1955, the parish was formed and the church ground was broken in 1957, according to the church's website. Today it serves 1,100 families and has its own school as well as the Halloran Pastoral Center on a five-acre campus. The Rev. Msgr. Richard J. Shea is pastor.
This Reading Room is affiliated with the Christian Science Church at 11 Park Place. Religious materials are available in different languages and for children. There are publications for sale, including the Bible, writings by Mary Baker Eddy and The Christian Science Monitor. Look for the Reading Room on the Avenue next to the old clock and across from the post office.
Covenant Life Ministries was founded in Stratford in 1995. The church has grown significantly since its first meeting in the home of Pastor David Acosta and his wife, Pastor Carmen Acosta. After first moving its services to a local banquet hall, in 1999 the ministry purchased this 25,000-square-foot building on Main Street for the church.
Notre Dame of Easton is a Roman Catholic Church, located at 655 Morehouse Road in Easton. The church offers mass seven times a week.
In addition to regular church functions, Notre Dame also offers religious education, pre-baptismal classes and a parish nurse program, among other things.

First Congregational Church holds serves weekly on Sunday and hosts bible study during the week for members. FCC aims for all its members to live more fulfilling and Christ-like lives. All are welcome to attend worship services.

The White Oak Baptist Church was established in 1980 by the Rev. Barry J. Brown, who came to Connecticut to form an independent Baptist church. The church opened a larger sanctuary in 2001, and in 2004 Stratford native Michael Peslak was named pastor. Sunday services are held at 10:30am and 6:30pm, and a Wednesday night prayer and Bible study group meets at 7:30pm.
The Albertson Memorial Church of Spiritualism in Old Greenwich began in 1936 as an interdenominational church. It is dedicated to the promotion of the science, philosophy and religion of Spiritualism, as defined by the National Spiritualist Association of Churches.
A weekly Sunday worship workshop begins at 11am. The service integrates music, prayer, healing, meditation, inspiration and Spirit communication.

New Canaan Mounted Troop, Inc. (“NCMT”) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) educational and charitable youth organization which offers horseback riding and equine care programs that build leadership, responsibility and confidence through sound horsemanship. The Riding Program offers a rich curriculum in equine care, hunt-seat riding, and showmanship. Summer riding camp, group lessons, birthday parties and adult lessons are also offered, based upon availability.
NCMT has a new, state-of-the-art facility featuring a 140’ x 200’ outdoor ring, a 72’ x160’ indoor ring, 30 stalls (10’ x 10’ and 10’ x 12’), several all-weather turnout paddocks for year-round turnout, grass paddocks, tack room, offices, horse laundry facilities, the Learning Center, and a locker room for our Troopers. As part of its initiative to be as eco-friendly as possible, the facility boasts a geothermal heat pump, which uses natural heat from the earth and groundwater to heat and cool the barn.
Sacred Heart Parish includes the Convent of the Franciscan Sisters of the Atonement, home to three nuns who are active in the community. The parish is a part of the Diocese of Bridgeport.
Mass is held Friday mornings at 7am, Saturday afternoons at 4pm and 5:30pm, and Sunday mornings at 7:30am, 9:30am and 11:30am.
Confessions are given on Saturday at 3:30pm to 4pm and at 5pm to 5:30 pm.
The church's School Hall is home to Pat-a-Cake Playschool. The space can accommodate up to 100 people and is available to parishioners for rental.
