The Church of the Redeemer holds weekly services that are held on Sunday mornings at 10:30am. The church offers several ministries for adults and youth. Childcare services are also available here at the Redeemer Child Care Center (RCCC).

Kiddies Kollege Christian Center has a long history, which began with its founders Dr. Odell and Laura Shumate. The center has gone through several name changes but remains a family-owned pre-school. Students enrolled are from two to five years. It also has an after-school program for kindergarten students.
Hunt Valley Church offers student ministries and a social network for its members. Headed by Pastor Frank Boswell, the church opened in Hunt Valley in 1998.
Rock City Church sits atop a hill at the end of a long driveway across the street from Cowpens Avenue. Bethany Community Church began as a home Bible study in 1986. Today, the church sits on 24 acres donated by Dr. James Smith and family. The church puts forth tremendous outreach to the community and has numerous activities, such as men's retreats, worship, youth groups and other ministries.

Located on Melvin Avenue, the Catonsville United Methodist Church is a 1,300-member Christian congregation dedicated to serving the spiritual and physical needs of its neighbors. Cathedral of Mary Our Queen is an enormous, ornate cathedral with soaring ceilings and stained glass windows. The church has programs for all ages, a school, a library and is very active in the surrounding community. If you are interested in joining the congregation, registration is available online, and meet-and-greets are held regularly at rotating church members' homes to encourage a sense of community and support.
This location is the meeting place for the Baltimore Religious Society of friends, also known as Quakers. There are worship services as well as business meetings held here, and the organization regularly plans events designed to foster community betterment.
The First United Methodist Child Enrichment Center is located adjacent to the Concordia Luthern School, and offers before and after school care. The center is geared toward children between the ages of two and five.
Emmanuel United Methodist Church has a medium-sized congregation, led by the Reverend Stephanie Vader. The two Sunday morning worship services are delivered differently but the message is the same -- Emmanuel offers a traditional and contemporary worship service. Some of the outreach ministries include emergency assistance to individuals and families in crisis, the food bank and transitional housing.
St. Nicholas Roman Catholic Church has celebrated mass in a gymnasium, a cinema, residences and a converted garage; it was the first church in the Washington Archdiocese permitted to have mass in a residence.
Since 1969, the church has been housed in a beautiful structure on Contee Road, where parishioners come to gather, worship and celebrate their faith. The senior pastor is the Rev. James S. Betz.
Severna Park United Methodist Church Nursery School provides half-day programs for pre-kindergarten students 3 and 4 years of age. Extended day care is not available at this location. Programs are designed to be developmental, physical, emotional, cognitive and spiritual. Curriculum includes art, music, literature, the natural and physical sciences, and community life. Classrooms are staffed with one teacher and one aide for a room of 12 children. Teachers are certified in CPR and child safety. There is a fully fenced in playground for the pre-school geared for ages 3-5.
Admissions: Children must be age 3 or 4 prior to Sept. 1 of the year in which they wish to enroll.
