The Golf Club at Redmond Ridge, formerly known as Trilogy Golf Club, offers some of the region's best courses, as well as beautiful views of the surrounding Cascade Mountains. The club has a par-70 course design and offers three different golf course lengths to choose from for golfers, including short at 4,818 yards to as long as 6,467 yards. The club also offers a practice facility as well as rental clubs for use if needed. Individual and group instruction is also offered at the club, with teaching from PGA professionals. The location also has a restaurant named The Crooked Spoon, which is good for lunch and dinner. Issaquah High School is located in the heart of Issaquah. At 100 years old, IHS is the District’s oldest high school, and is in one of its newest buildings.
Issaquah High School moved into Phase 1 of a new, state-of-the-art building in fall 2010. This first phase brought 56 regular classrooms, 12 science labs, commons, athletics facilities, library, and many outstanding specialty areas. Phase II, housing a Performing Arts Center, music, art, and shop facilities opened in September 2011.
Listed among US News’ top high schools in the nation, IHS offers rigorous curriculum in core areas including Advanced Placement (AP) programs in math, science, social studies, language arts, world languages, and computer science. IHS offers technical and vocational courses and rounds out student experiences with fine arts, visual arts, and theatre arts.
IHS starts classes late every Wednesday for two hours of staff collaboration.
