Founded in 1958 to serve the growing population of Farmington Township, St. Fabian offers daily mass, communion services during the week, many parish ministries, youth programs, CYO athletics and a music program with opportunities for parishioners ages kindergarten through adult. There is also an adult handbell choir for those ages 9th grade and older. The St. Fabian Council of the Knights of Columbus, founded in 2002, meets regularly at the parish. The church actively supports international and local mission programs. St. Fabian parish also includes an elementary and middle school, serving grades K-8.
First United Methodist Church of Farmington is located in the heart of downtown Farmington, and on the hour you can hear the bells toll. The church is celebrating over 180 years since it was established in 1829. The sanctuary is a gothic style, keeping many of its original elements as additions have been added on. It is one of the oldest Methodist churches in Michigan and it received a Michigan Historic marker in 2007. The Church offers many Christian education classes for toddlers up to adults. It also has a large choir from the LOGOs (preschoolers) all the way up to the Chancel Choir. There are also groups for men and women. The church has a caring ministry and local and national mission outreach programs. Sunday morning service is at 9:30am for traditional worship and 11:15am for casual worship.
Established in 1954, First Presbyterian Church of Farmington is a Christian congregation. It hosts Sunday worship services, women's and men's groups, Bible study, Sunday school, preschool and fellowship programs.
The Tawheed Center is a religious education center for adults and children primarily serving as a Masjid to the Islamic community. The Tawheed Center serves not only as a social community for Muslims but as an Islamic Da'wah center. The center has a gym with open gym, ladies gym, badminton, volleyball and basketball at set times. The center also has Maktab, Quran Nazira and Sunday School programs for boys and girls. It also offers Hifz school every day except Sunday. The Dhuhr prayer is on Sunday at 2 p.m.
North Congregational Church offers women's groups, a book club and Bible study groups for adults. The church also offers children's programs, including vacation Bible study, a children's choir, Sunday school and a kids' club. The church has approximately 450 members, and about 150 to 200 members attend its Sunday service. North Congregational has choirs for elementary school children through adults.
Send International is a group of cross-cultural missionaries who aim to use outreach methods to introduce Jesus Christ into the lives of nonbelievers. The group is made up of interdenominational Evangelical faith missionaries. Together, the missionaries aim to inspire individuals to establish more churches. The group has more than 600 missionaries 20-plus countries. Send International is headquartered in Farmington Hills, where the group provides missionary training and orientation programs.
St. John Lutheran Church is a welcoming Christian church community. At St. John's, music is an important part of the worship service. Traditional Sunday service is at 9am. Contemporary Sunday service is at 11:15am. The Church also offers Sunday School at 10:15am. Between 8:30am and 12:30pm on Sundays, the nursery is available for children age six months to five years. For young people, the Church offers The God Squad, confirmation classes and high school youth programs. The Church has a full music program and during holidays and periodically throughout the year, there is a guest concert series.
St. Colman of Cloyne is a Catholic-based church that offers a variety of programs for adults and youths, including Christian services, outreach, community and stewardship ministry services.

Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church is located across from East Middle School. The central focus of worship for the Orthodox Church is the Sacrament of Holy Eucharist. The Church offers a youth group called the Greek Orthodox Youth of America. It also has a women's group called Philoptochos, meaning friend of the poor. The Church offers bible study and faith enrichment classes. Sunday services are held at 10am.
Unity of Farmington Hills is a Christian church that believes in accepting people the way they are. The services are relaxed and open to everyone. The Church believes in aligning with the spirit of Christ to enhance an individuals spiritual growth and personal guidance.
Nardin Park United Methodist Church is a congregation of more than 1,000 parishioners in Farmington Hills. The church participates in many activities throughout the year, and gives parishioners an opportunity to practice their faith through outreach and education. Partner organizations include the Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, Focus: Hope, the Farmigton Neighborhood House, the Salvation Army and a local homeless shelter. The church also supports national Christian Science initiatives, such as the Appalachia Service Project and various missionary projects throughout the world. Young people are invited to take part in many activities, including a youth ministry and music programs. The church also offers a vacation Bible school each year.
The Farmington Hills Baptist Church merged with Woodside Bible Church in 2010. Sunday worship services take place at 11am. Kids weekend activities are available during all Sunday morning services. The church also offers Camp Woodside for grades 3 - 6 during certain times of the year; global and local outreach programs and a Woodside Women's Ministry program. The church has six more campuses in the tri-county area. Its Troy campus broadcasts a weekly TV cable show, and the church publishes a newspaper called The Woodside News. The Universalist Unitarian Church of Farmington was built in 1852 and today sits amid a pleasant, wooded setting. The church offers religious education programs for children from preschool to high school. Sunday morning services begin at 10:30 am.
Monastery of The Blessed Sacrament is located in a beautiful tree-filled setting. The Church is Roman Catholic and home to the Cloistered Dominican Nuns. The chapel is open daily from 6:45am to 5:00pm and offers daily evening prayers at 4:30pm and the celebration of the Eucharist daily at 7:15am. There is also a gift shop. Salem United Church is located in downtown Farmington and offers many opportunities for parishioners to practice their faith. The church offers divine worship every Sunday and also participates in missionary work and educational programs for young people.
Volunteer and missionary activities include bell ringing for the Salvation Army, collecting food and blankets for the poor and participating in the CROP Walk to help alleviate hunger worldwide.
