Our senior living community features 94 bright and spacious studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites, including 24 suites in the Rediscovery Neighborhood for secure memory care. You’ll enjoy loads of storage and in-suite laundry.
We take full advantage of our park-like setting with floor-to-ceiling windows and every room has a view of the 15 wooded acres or courtyards surrounding our facility.
There’s so much going on each day, from classes to movies and cooking demonstrations. We also offer a wide range of field trips to match the seasons—garden tours in the summer, wineries in the fall. Members even enjoy equine therapy at a nearby horse farm!
For those with cognitive issues who need senior assisted living and memory care, the Rediscovery Neighborhood showcases special amenities to improve your loved one’s quality of life, such as motion sensors to prevent and detect falls, light strips to help maneuverability at night, and induction burners for safe cooking.
Seniors can comfortably age in place here, from vibrant independent living to assisted care, and hospice care when needed.
The holistic approach to care extends to members’ families, too. We host monthly support groups and respite care to give families a much-needed break.

Tours of Chestnut Grove may be arranged in the evenings and weekends by appointment.
Staff is awake and available 24 hours a day so if any emergencies occur no matter the time, there will be someone ready to help. If a resident needs assistance moving from a bed to a wheelchair, this facility has staff who can help.
We assist with the coordination of supportive health services and personalized care to maximize independence.
