Immaculate Heart High School and Middle School is a college-preparatory school for young women. Opened by the Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in 1906, the private school is located on seven acres of hillside property, near the corner of Western and Franklin avenues in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles.

Opened in 1911, Our Lady of Loretto Grammar School is a Catholic elementary school in Echo Park. Originally, the school was housed in a building close to its current location on Union Avenue. In 1921, a six-classroom building was erected at the school's present location. In 1928 the first expansion was completed.
