Patton Elementary School is a part of Arlington Heights' District 25. The school provides instruction for children from kindergarten through fifth grade. In addition to academics, it focuses on encouraing trustworthiness, caring, responsibility, fairness, citizenship and respect. Patton's principal is Dr. Eric Olson and its mascot is the Patton Panther.

Its curriculum includes courses in art, math concepts, fine motor skills development, music, science, literacy, language skills, social studies and gross motor skills. It handles children from 3 years of age to 6. It is helmed by site director Ginnie Elmer.
Michaels' Driving School has been providing driving lessons to residents of Arlington Heights for more than 65 years and strives to teach its students to be safe, responsible and courteous drivers. Michaels' offers state certified and approved drivers' education courses for teens at least 15 years old with a combination of classroom learning and hands-on, behind-the-wheel lessons. The John Hersey High School, home of the Huskies, serves Cook County's District 214. It offers career and technical education, a large variety of fine arts programs, world language and social science, math and science, physical education and health, special education and a wide variety of athletic and extracurricular programs. The school includes athletics facilities, a library, an infirmary, an auditorium and stage and various science and technology labs.
Church of The Incarnation is a United Methodist Church. It offers Sunday school and worship service, as well as weekday and evening pastor study meeting groups.
Metro Prep Laureate Day School is a school for children and young adults aged 5 to 22 that provides a nurturing and therapeutic learning environment. Besides the basic academic subjects, the school focuses on the individual needs, interests and aptitudes of each student, and provides a balanced curriculum of education and counseling. It also caters to children and young adults who have learning and/or severe emotional disabilities, conditions on the Autism spectrum or are otherwise health-impaired. The staff includes two full-time nurses, a psychologist, a psychiatrist, an art therapy program, occupational and speech therapists, addiction counseling and a literacy coach, and classes remain small to guarantee individualized attention.
