The Sunglass Corner shop is located in the large Regal Cinemas shopping complex. It’s a small space, but it’s stocked with a huge selection of sunglasses, accessories and cases. It is steps to the beach and the year-round sunshine found in Oceanside makes it a popular spot for locals and tourists. Men, women and children are sure to find a pair of sunglasses that fit their own personal style.
There are designer labels such as Bella, Spy Wear and Roxy. It also has Kreed, Crush and Dragon sports sunglasses lines ,as well as Oakley, Hoven and Ray-Ban. The Mission Square Shopping Center is located across the street from the Oceanside High School and at one of the busiest exits off the Interstate 5 highway. This allows shoppers to access the center for shopping and dining at the center’s eateries. There are popular national chain restaurants such as Panda Express, Subway and Wendy’s, as well as local establishments such as Mandarin Chinese and Manhattan’s Giant Pizza Shop. It’s also home to an Office Depot, Auto Zone and Radio Shack. There are also clothing stores for men, women and children, banking and the 99 Cent Store, where everything is priced at under a buck.
Ye Olde Hawaiian Hut is located just steps away from the harbor along Harbor Drive. It features a collection of gifts, knick-knacks and collectibles in its large shop. Everything from t-shirts to snow globes and more are sold at the Hut. Sea shell necklaces, stuffed animals and postcards all make lovely Oceanside souvenirs. The shop is massive, with plenty of unique and fun gifts to keep everyone entertained. The employees are kind and the prices are fair. Ye Olde Hawaiian Hut offers items unique to Oceanside, as well as San Diego themed items, which is about 45 miles south. Credit cards are accepted and parking is free.
Mission Marketplace is a one-stop shop for a variety of shopping and entertainment needs. The center offers grocery stores, discount stores, pharmacies, gyms, financial services, dining options and specialty stores. The Marketplace also hosts a variety of community events throughout the year. Leasing options for business owners are available.
The California Factory Outlet is located in the Mission Square shopping center, which is a part of a Southern California chain of discounted clothing stores.
It offers clothing for men, women and children by such designers as DKNY, Ralph Lauren and Calvin Klein. There’s a beachwear department that has bathing suits by Speedo and Nike. The outlet has shoes, sunglasses, jewelry and belts. There are some houseware items such as decorative plates and glassware. Make sure to check out the bargain table at the front of the store.
Douglas Square Family Dental Office provides a variety of dental care services. The office specializes in everything from pediatric checkups to bridge and crown work, whitening and more.
The Mission Douglas Plaza is also known as the Albertson’s shopping center, since the grocery giant is the plaza's main tenant. The shopping plaza also features the popular national chain restaurantsCoco’s and Jack in the Box, a laundry mat, a gas station and AutoZone, the national auto parts store. There’s also a printing and mailing shop, hair salons and a business where you may buy filtered water. If you’re looking for spiritual guidance, New Song, a Christian ministry that has converted a former lumberyard into a place of worship, is there, too. The plaza is home to the Benito Thrift Store, as well, where donated goods may be purchased to benefit charities.
