Founded in 1976, Youth Contact is a private, nonprofit agency that provides services to youths and their families. Located in Hillsboro, Ore., the agency is certified by the Oregon State Office of Alcohol and Drug Programs to provide outpatient alcohol and drug treatment services. The State Mental Health Division certifies the agency to provide outpatient services for children and youths with behavioral and emotional disorders.
