Guapo's, a regional chain owned by Fairfax County's Rincon family, has five full restaurants in Virginia, Maryland and The District of Columbia, and three rotisserie stores in Virginia. The Herndon rotisserie location specializes in chicken, which can be ordered by the whole, half or quarter. Guapo's also offers catering and Fiesta Platters, which serve 5-6 people buffet-style. Domestic and Mexican beers are available.
