Glenview's Dance & Music Academy wants to provide students of all ages with the skills they need to enjoy music and dance for a lifetime. Dreams Gymnastics Club was founded in October 1996 and opened its doors on March 3, 1997. It has since expanded into a larger facility and added a dance studio and chiropractic services. Today it offers comprehensive classes in gymnastic and dance and specialized camps for kids ages 18 months to 18 years. Dreams also offers party packages and special programs for schools and organizations, and it is involved in the community by hosting events for the Glenview/Northbrook Children Services.
Splash Landings is an indoor aquatic facility that is part of the Glenview Park District. It is located at the Park Center in the Glen. The center features a family swim hour, a warm water-therapy public swim and more.
Located in the center of town, Glenview Cycle has been selling and repairing bikes of all shapes and sizes for the past seven years. Owner Alan Rubin is committed to giving back to the community, helping the police every spring with helmet fitting at the Village Bicycle Safety Fair. Glenview Cycle also provides the bicycles in area parades and gives donations to local organizations. During the winter, customers can store their bikes in the heated storage units for $100, which includes a free tune-up.
Flick Outdoor Pool is a majestic pool that is located in Glenview's Flick Park. It is a huge family friendly water park. It has water slides and spray pools. It also features Garden Grill, an outdoor grill with made-to-order burgers, hot dogs, chicken-breast sandwiches and other foods.
