Gymnastics World, in Dillingham Square, is the premier gymnastics grounds in Northern Virginia. It offers four types of gymnastics: artistic, rhythmic, sport aerobics and tumbling. In addition to a summer camp, Gymnastics World provides flexibility and ballet lessons, and this is the only location in the area to offer an adult tumbling class. The eight experienced instructors have coached regional champion rhythmic teams and helped 17 girls qualify for the Junior Olympic Nationals.
Woodbridge Little League is a community-run baseball league for both boys and girls of the Woodbridge area. There are several teams and divisions operating under Woodbridge Little League, so different ages and skill sets can find the appropriate team for them.
