Sleepy Hollow Bath & Racquet Club opened in 1956 as a private club and it was sold four years later to the community. Since then, this summer-only club has been offering a place for families to have fun and exercise. It features nine tennis courts, Olympic-sized and children-only pools, gazebos and picnic areas. Membership is required.
Brookfield Swim Club is a private swim club located in Chantilly, VA. It is the host of the Brookfield Breakers swim team, a championship-winning member of the Northern Virginia Swimming League. Urbanna Swim Club is located at the end of Urbanna Road, just down from Stonewall Middle School. Urbanna Swim Club has been serving the Manassas community since 1969 with a family-oriented swim club comprised of a 25-meter pool, a fenced-in baby pool, toddler playground, large open area with charcoal grills, and a few picnic tables to make your swim season even more enjoyable. Urbanna Swim Club's swim season is in session from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, much like other swim clubs. This is a great place to throw summer picnics and birthday parties and have all sorts of family-oriented fun. There are also many activities for guests outside of the pool, ranging from basketball to children's horseshoes and much more. George Washington RECenter is a Fairfax County Park Authority Indoor Recreational Area. It has a pool that is 25 meters, heated, has a beach and a wading area. The center has saunas, a fitness center and tennis courts. Residents of Fairfax County can purchase a pass or pay for daily visits. A 25-visit pass is $145.50. Daily admission is $6.85. Child and senior discounts are available.
