Sportsplex West is a locally-owned, state-of-the-art sports and recreation complex owned by two former athletes and brothers-in-law, Pat Yacinich and Mike Mahoney. Sportsplex West features a basketball court, two volleyball courts, two batting cages, a gym, a rock climbing wall and a multi-use Astro Turf field. It serves athletes of every age group and level of intensity.
Located just west of Waukee High School is Waukee Stadium. It hosts a variety of high school sporting events including football games, track meets and soccer games.
