The Princeton Family YMCA offers programs to help promote fellowship, personal development and enrichment for those in the community. The center features a child development center, teen programs, adaptive programs, an aquatics facility and swim lessons, programs specifically designed for families, an after-school program, an arts program, a summer camp for kids and sports programs. Sports programs are available for kids and adults and are offered for basketball, fencing, golf, swim, baseball, T-ball, flag football and soccer. The staff also hosts birthday parties in a private party room and runs activities for party guests.
Rockaway Lanes is a local bowling alley. It offers 24 full lanes. In addition, it also features a full bar with both domestic and imported beer. It is available for parties and events and can fit 200 people. Laser light bowling is also available.
Established in 1853, Freehold Raceway is the oldest racetrack in the United States. It features a half-mile racetrack, and has live standardbred harness racing Thursdays through Saturdays, with live simulcasting and betting seven days a week. Admission is free, although there is a parking fee. Visitors can bet on all races, with a full betting guide available on the raceway's website. Freehold Raceay is home of the annual Cane Race, held yearly since 1955. It offers full dining and event facilities, and specializes in hosting meetings, fundraisers, parties and gatherings of all kinds. The live racing season lasts from New Years through the end of May, and September through mid-December.
Wayne Racquet Club is a tennis club located on Colfax Road. The tennis club has six outdoor courts with lighting for evening playing. Private and group lessons are available and there is a locker room with showers for your convenience as well as a pro shop. The season runs from mid-April to mid-November.
Flippin' Out Tumbling & gymnastics offers classes for children. Classes include mom and me, tumbling, open tumbling, competitive team tumbling and kinder gym. The gym area is safe and full of gymnastic equipment in which young children delight in. The walls have numerous trophies on display, to attest to the experience and spirit of this team.
The Tab Ramos Sports Center is an athletic complex that offers a myriad of sports and activities. The primary sport here is soccer, as Tab Ramos is a member of the National Soccer Hall of Fame, played on three consecutive World Cup teams for the United States and was the first player ever signed to a contract to play for Major League Soccer (MLS), in 1995. The athletic complex boasts several large fields that can be used for soccer, flag football, field hockey and lacrosse. The facility also has a full-length street hockey rink and numerous soccer and hockey leagues available for a wide variety of age groups and skill levels. The Tab Ramos Sports Center also offers classes and individual lessons through special instructors and camps, and provides different programs and day camps in the summertime. Come visit the SkyBox bar and lounge, which overlooks the athletic facilities and features a full bar and food menu.
The Fields Sports Complex is a full indoor sporting facility located in East Brunswick, which hosts a series of fields, including soccer, baseball, football, lacrosse and more. This facility also offers rentals and private birthday parties, and hosts leagues, tournaments, classes and clinics.
MetLife Stadium is a stadium located in East Rutherford, New Jersey. MetLife Stadium currently houses two NFL teams the New York Jets and the New York Giants. The stadium opened as New Meadowlands Stadium on April 10, 2010 with the construction taking just over a two and a half years at a cost of just over $1.6 billion. Shortly after MetLife signed a 25-year naming rights deal. The stadium was built to replace the aging Giants Stadium.

MetLife Stadium is also a great venue for concerts and has hosted such musicians as Bon Jovi, Taylor Swift and Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band.
MetLife Stadium will be the first outdoor stadium not meeting the NFL requirements for February temperature average to host the Super Bowl in 2014. The stadium was given a one-time exception.
