The batting cages themselves can be used either for manual or machine-operated pitching and hitting, and the token-operated pitching machine has adjustable speeds to accommodate varying levels of skill. There also are pitching tunnel areas that can be rented or scheduled for private training; the pitching tunnels have an optional radar gun to check speed. Out Of The Park's workout area is equipped with two treadmills, free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, stability balls and a flat/incline bench press station.
