Jones AT&T Stadium is a stadium located in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts on the campus of Texas Tech University. Jones AT&T Stadium currently houses the NCAA team the Texas Tech Red Raiders. The stadium opened as Clifford & Audrey Jones Stadium on November 29, 1947 with the construction taking just over five months at a cost of just over $400,000, $4.1 million in present day dollars. The latest renovation was in 2010, which added over 2,000 seats.
The Texas Tech Red Raiders are members of the Big 12 Conference of the within National Collegiate Athletic Association. They are known by their team colors consisting of black and red. Their mascots are the Masked Rider and Raider Red. Past players include Wes Welker, Danny Amendola and Joselio Hanson.
The stadium currently holds 60,682 fans. There are 26 luxury suites and over 550 seats at the club level. Currently, it is the 46th largest stadium in the NCAA. The record fan attendance of 60,879 occurred in 2012 against Texas Longhorns. In terms of parking there is on-campus parking and satellite parking lots both containing general and reserved spots.
Season tickets are available with prices starting around $149. Individual tickets start at about $65 depending on the game. Tickets are available through the team website and ticket exchanges.
