Dance classes for all ages are available.Childrens classes are offered from ages 3 and up, with "parent and me" classes from infant to toddler. The setting provides a safe haven for children to learn and socialize with one another from an early age while achieving a sense of accomplishment and self-esteem.We also offer many exercise and fitness classes from "Stretch and Tone" to Aerobics in a "non-gym" atmosphere.
