The Burlington Swim & Tennis Club is a volunteer operated, private, non-profit sports and social club. Member families can enjoy its tennis and aquatics facilities at their leisure. This club also offers tennis and swimming lessons. Members can rent the club's function hall for events, and enjoy access to all facilities and lessons at discounted rates.

The Winchester Swim and Tennis Club (WSTC) is a private club. Membership is through application, current member sponsorship and an initiation fee. Membership slots become available through members' resignation. There is a waiting list.
WSTC members have access to an Olympic-sized swimming pool and a kiddie pool. Pools are available for open swim, swimming lessons and the children, teen and adult swim teams. WSTC has five tennis courts and an electric ball machine for stroke practice. The club offers junior and adult tennis lessons, leagues and tournaments. Additional facilities on-site, include a snack bar, locker rooms and basketball courts.
WSTC also hosts occasional social events for adults, children and families. The calender of events is available to current members.
Lenny Krayzelburg Swim Academy offers year-round swimming lessons at the Leventhal-Sidman Jewish Community Center in Newton. The academy provides swimming instruction for children and adults using the curriculum developed by four time Olympic gold medalist Lenny Krayzelburg. Originally built as a YMCA in 1904, this building has character to spare. The adult program list is extensive and includes activities such as swimming lessons, yoga, karate and an array of dance classes. Senior citizens can loosen up with water aerobics courses, many of which are free to members. Memberships are reasonably priced for individuals and families. Other programs include a pre-school, child care, outreach and youth day camp.
