The Public Works Department: Highway Division maintains the town's roads year-round. Services include paving and repair projects during the warmer months and plowing, sanding and salting in winter. Free wood chips are available for pick up in front of the Turkey Hill Road facility during the summer. In winter, they offer free sand. The Highway Division is responsible for maintaining over 160 miles of local roadways, fourteen bridges and town sidewalks.
