At Driving Arizona, with our west valley Glendale location, offers the training courses needed to get you safely on the road. As a Third Party Driver License Training Provider contracted through the Arizona Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Division (MVD), we offer extensive driver training programs that are designed to meet the needs of our students. Driving Arizona offers four programs, Beginner, Intermediate, Skilled, and Hourly Driving. Each offers a unique blend of classroom instruction and hours behind the wheel. The beginner program, designed for students with little to no driving experience, combines classroom sessions with 10 hours behind the wheel. Our intermediate program consists of 6 hours of classroom instruction along with 8 hours behind the wheel in our dual controlled cars, with trainers contracted by the MVD. The Skilled Program is a perfect complement to the Drivers Education classes offered in some school districts. The program consists of 6 hours in the classroom and 6 hours behind the wheel. Finally, the Hourly Driving courses are perfect for students in need of a little extra time to gain confidence and comfort. Two hour minimum is required. Driving Arizona also offers Traffic Survival School, an MVD mandated or Court Ordered class. With five Arizona locations, were sure to have a site near you!
