Consolidated Parking was founded in 2005 by a group of parking professionals that boast of over 50 years experience in the parking industry. Lawrence Oliva is the President and founder of this company that began 3 years ago with a handful of customers and has blossomed into a company with a client base of over 200 customers.Since moving to South Florida in 1984 Mr. Oliva has represented Federal APD which is one of the largest manufacturers of parking equipment in the United States. Federal APD is based in Novi, Michigan and has been in the parking equipment business for over 50 years with a dominant presence in the South Florida market place.Consolidated Parking is the sole distributor for Federal APD in the South Florida market place and all of their technicians are factory trained and certified to work on the equipment that is installed throughout South Florida. The companys location in the heart of Miami is a key to the success of the operation as the service response time is as quick as any in the industry. No other company can measure up to these qualifications nor can our competitors equipment meet these standards.The parking industry has undergone numerous changes in the past decades and as space has become more of a premium our equipment has proven to be a very valuable commodity in larger cities like Miami, Coral Gables and the City of Miami Beach just to name a few.
