State Street Pilates is a small gym upstairs on the 2nd floor.It offers private, semi-private and matt classes. Classes are by appointment, usually in the early afternoon unitl 4 pm. You can buy either a pack of 4 or 8 classes. Pilates started in the 1920s and is total body conditioning for both men and women. It is related to yoga in that you concentrate on your breathing and balance.
