Since 1945, the mission at Aviv Centers has been to enrich the life of each of its residents and program participants so that each can continue to live his or her life with a sense of meaning and purpose. Faithful to its long tradition, Aviv continues to provide compassionate and quality care for seniors in need of assisted living, rehabilitation, skilled nursing services, Adult Day Health Services and memory care on its newly expanded campus. In addition, Aviv offers Geriatric Care Management and Home Care services. Additionally, Aviv's partnerships with the North Suburban JCC Early Childhood center and the Jewish Heritage Center allow it to offer a wide range of on-site intergenerational programming that encompasses both history and the future.
