From sprouting a pinto bean into a tiny plant to hatching a monarch butterfly from its cocoon, Hands On Learning Center is true to its name in providing an education through hands-on experiences. Children ages 2 to 6 receive a comprehensive curriculum focused on acquiring skills that exceeds the standards for entering kindergarten. For an extra fee, they can take gymnastic and music lessons on top of academic classes. But it's not just all work at Hands On Learning Center--little ones get to regularly enjoy special events like a petting zoo, a magic show and even a snow day.
