Personal Best Karate is a martial arts school. Its curriculum focuses on teaching character education, physical fitness and personal protection skills to people of all ages. The school's owner, Christopher Rappold, holds a fifth-degree black belt in karate and is a three-time world champion. Rappold also directs an anti-bullying program at 23 local schools and is an active supporter of New Hope, an anti-domestic violence organization.
