Deirdre's House, formerly "The Deirdre O'Brien Child Advocacy Center," serves child victims of abuse and/or neglect and children that have witnessed domestic violence.

Established in 1994, Deirdre's House is the only site in Morris County where a child victim can be interviewed and digitally recorded by law enforcement, medically examined, treated by a pediatric abuse specialist, prepared for trial and clinically counseled in English or Spanish.

One Gift Inc. fulfills wishes for adults with cancer. The nonprofit organization serves patients at several regional hospitals, including Morristown Memorial Hospital, Clara Maass Medical Center, Newark Beth Israel Medical Center and Somerset Medical Center. Gifts can include a weekend getaway, a night out with friends, a family reunion or a special dinner and celebration.

The volunteer-operated organization was founded in 1988 by Leigh S. Porges and Anne DeLaney and is dedicated to the memory of their mothers, Carol G. Simon and Ruth Ann DeLaney.

The Eric Johnson House, part of New Jersey AIDS Services, was created through the AIDS Residence Coalition of Morris County, a safe haven for people in need of housing and supportive services who are homeless as a result of, or adjunct to, their HIV/AIDS status. Eric Johnson, son of Bill and Ann Johnson of Morristown, died of the disease when he was 32. 

New Jersey AIDS Services offers a building opportunities tour and an open house where people can become familiar with the facility, meet staff and hear firsthand from residents about their experiences with the program.
