Affiliated with the Mid-East Area Agency on Aging, the Arnold Senior Center is located inside the Arnold Recreation Center. The establishment offers seniors hot, healthy meals and delivers meals to homebound seniors who are eligible for this service. At the center, seniors can enjoy a variety of different recreational, informative and health programs. Other benefits include staff assistance and information services and telephone reassurance. Meals and services are free, but the center welcomes contributions and volunteer assistance. This meeting place is available for reunions, tea parties, anniversaries, birthdays, baby showers and retirement parties. The space here is one thousand square feet. It is located in the middle of the Frenchtown Historic District and promises to add texture to any event patrons may host.
White Birch Park has so much to offer. Summertime fun isn't complete without a dip in the swimming pool at White Birch Bay Aquatic Center. You can float along the 600 foot lazy river, or hop over to the BMX skate park for some practice on the ramps. Inside the recreation center there aerobic activities, crafts, a gym and other amenities for Hazelwood residents.
