Atlanta Masjid of Al-Islam is an Islamic worship center at the intersection of Fayetteville Road Southeast and Glenwood Avenue Southeast. The five daily prayers, or Salat, are observed every day, and the weekly Jumuah prayer is held every Friday. The masjid is also a center for social, educational, economic and cultural enrichment, and it is associated with the Mohammed Schools of Atlanta.

The Roswell Community Masjid serves as  a mosque, modest in size, holding up to 250 people at a time. It is somewhat of a multipurpose space as it host children's play areas as well as a community space with prayer areas for both males and females. The Roswell Community Masjid has a host of programs and calender events for youth, women and social activities to include volunteering with other social service organizations. It is located on the corner of the shopping plaza next to Provino's Italian Restaurant.

The Islamic Center of North Fulton was established in 1998 to serve the worship and fellowship needs of Muslims who live in the area. It currently operates in two residential buildings. The center includes a preschool. An elementary school was added in 2010. Friday, the Islamic Sabbath, is the busiest day for prayer services.

This free clinic is open every Sunday and caters to insured and uninsured patients in Atlanta and the surrounding towns and communities. People of all races, creeds, cultures and religious beliefs are welcomed. The clinic provides free medication when available and has board-certified physicians on staff to offer patients quality medical services. It has been serving the greater Atlanta metropolitan community since 1999 and welcomes volunteers.

Muhammad Mosque #15 is the Atlanta regional headquarters of the Nation of Islam, a religious organization based in Chicago and led by Minister Louis Farrakhan.

The mosque offers religious services and sponsors economic redevelopment programs to help blighted communities. In southwest Atlanta and across the country, the organization owns restaurants, bakeries and several food-services companies. The Nation of Islam also owns 1,600 acres of farmland in the southwest Georgia town of Bronwood.

After years of worshiping in rented space, Al Huda Islamic Center was founded in 1987 as the central Mosque and community gathering place for Athens' Muslims. The center includes the place of worship, library, gathering space, recreational area and school. The children's school meets on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Other programming includes introduction to Islam and Arabic classes, youth programs and more. Al Huda Islamic Center is located on South Milledge inside the Loop.
