Built in 1962 as a bowling alley and converted into an ice arena in 1998, the Arctic Coliseum is a building currently used for hockey. Its offers a 78,000-square-foot surface that is used for two hockey facilities. It also houses the Hockey Masters, an on-ice, off-ice skill development program the Michigan Performance Hockey pro shop a pizza shop. It has eight oversized locker rooms and offers programs such as Open Skate, Drop in Hockey, Sticks and Pucks, Adult Hockey Leagues, Learn to Skate and Learn to Play. The facility is also used by two high school teams, Chelsea High School and Saline High School, for their various programs. Arctic Coliseum is located in Chelsea, Mich.

Berkley Ice Arena is located at the Community Center Complex in south Berkley. This facility offers a variety of activities, including public skating and private lessons. Public skating times change, so it is best to call in advance.

Skating lessons are available for all levels and ages, including adults and children. Figure skating lessons and exhibitions are also held here. Hockey is available on a variety of levels as well. Adult and youth leagues (of varying ages, including pee wee) and pickup hockey are also available.

The arena can also be rented for birthday parties, holiday or corporate events. The facility also includes a concession stand for food and drinks. Skate rental and skate sharpening services are available.

Credit cards are not accepted by the arena, but can be accepted on behalf of the arena by the Community Center, which is in the same building.
