The Church In The Highlands is a Congregational church tracing its roots back to the Pilgrims who arrived in North America in 1621. The Bible is central to the teaching and beliefs at the church. The church welcomes everyone of all races or nationalities. It also offers an early educational program for children ages 2-5.
The Wantagh Memorial Congregational Church, founded in the late 19th century, is a member of the United Church of Christ but is nondenominational and attended by members from a variety of Christian backgrounds. The church offers Sunday school classes and operates the Pixie Nursery School for students ages two and a half to four. The church's pastor is Ronald Garner.
St. Paul's Church of Christ Disciples is located on Gates Avenue near Tompkins. It offers weekly Sunday School, morning service, as well as prayer meetings and Bible study on Wednesdays. Communion is every third Sunday.

John Gardner was the elected senior clergy from 1931 until he retired in 1945. James Gettemy was then elected senior clergy. Dr. Gettemy's leadership helped Garden City Community Church's congregation grow.
The present church is located at 245 Stewart Ave. Prayer services are held every Sunday and Tuesday.
First Congregational Church of Chappaqua holds bible study, church school, Fellowship and choir rehearsals for Hims of Faith and Chancel Choir. These are also held on Sundays between 11:30am and 12:15pm for church bands.
