Long Branch Housing Authority is the new community center for the Garfield Court area. Continuing the agenda of fair treatment, morality and redevelopment of the neighborhood, the LBHA is committed to helping improve the living conditions for all members of the community. This new life center is geared toward creating programs to help families and citizens become more self-sufficient and become active in bettering themselves and the community. This wellness program advocates help with job searches, building fundamental skills and first-time home ownership counseling.

Middlesex Water Company is a water utility service and has been serving the Woodbridge area since 1897. It offers regulated water, nonregulated water, waste-water utility and more. It also collects, treats, sells and distributes water for commercial and domestic purposes.

The Ocean County Utilities Authority's central plant located off Hickory Lane in the Bayville section of the township collects and treats wastewater from most Ocean County municipalities and five towns from the Manasquan River Regional Sewerage Authority. The OCUA has two other treatment plants - one in Brick Township and one in the Cedar Run section of Stafford Township. The authority accepts and treats a total combined capacity of 80 million gallons per day, including domestic septage. The authority's collection system includes 40 pumping stations, 200 miles of force main lines and three ocean outfall lines.
Ramsey Borough Hall, located on North Central Avenue, houses many of the municipality’s administrative departments.
